To anyone who has been to one of our pizza nights, you'll know that we LOVE a good pizza!
In our workshop we will teach you how to make the perfect pizza base, master the techniques of kneading, stretching and shaping to make one of our sourdough pizzas. We'll give hints and tips for delicious toppings using fresh ingredients, leaving enough time for you to sit an enjoy your freshly baked pizza!
For people who have a passion for baking this course is suitable for all levels of experience, runs for two hours and held in small groups of up to 10 people in our bakery.
The course is run by Clare Barton, owner and head baker at the Bakehouse at 124. She is very passionate about Real Bread and would love to pass on her knowledge so that you can impress friends and family at home with freshly baked pizzas.
£45 per person.
