A huge celebration of team fitness!

Get ready for our epic team competition, after the success of this competition last year it's back.....team of 4's (2 male & 2 female athletes - any age)

All teams will complete 4 workouts on the day.

Mixed ability teams are welcomed, the workouts will be programmed to ensure all range of athletes get to shine. There will be some more complex/heavier elements but you will be able to share the workload however you please between the team.

All podium places will receive prizes!
