All members, get involved.....this is going to be a day of fun at the gym to celebrate all things good at Form Leeds. 

You will enter as an individual, entry is £35 per person. This includes a FREE brand new be:Formidable tshirt or vest (RRP £25) and a FREE Form Leeds branded reusuable coffee/tea cup (RRP £15). So basically you're paying cost price for these items, we'll all be mega kitted out and saving the environment with cool new cups.

The day will run as a competition but a very relaxed version. We'll be judging each other and coaches will be jumping in and wodding. You will be assigned a team but this will be done on a random basis. The format is looking like mixed pairs, randomly selected but depending on numbers this might change to teams of 3 etc.

We will also be doing an end of 2018 award ceremony, this will see some members receiving prizes for their efforts in 2018! This will be a yearly re-occuring thing so you can get after 2019's awards! (We always used to do this at the old place but haven't done it yet at Form). The categories will be announced between now and the event.

Please get involved this won't be scary.......this will be inclusive, fun Saturday at the gym.
