This family home in Peckham underwent a total refurbishment with a loft extension and a ground floor extension adding 18 SQM to the original kitchen.  The ground floor extension has an enclosed courtyard, creating a private oasis in the center of the living accommodation and the bespoke skylights let in plenty of light.  Bi-folding doors open into the garden which makes the whole of the ground floor light and airy.

The loft conversion is quite unusual as part of the existing roof has been remodeled into an area of flat roof over which it is possible to see the more traditional "L" shaped dormer which comprises of 2 good sized rooms.  New sash windows in the dormer and Velux windows in the roof make this space as light as the ground floor.
