Theology & Religious Studies are delighted to host award-winning playwright, translator, poet and performer Jo Clifford, who will perform her play, "The Gospel According to Jesus Queen of Heaven" - a candlelit, peaceful, meditative play which reimagines the return of Jesus to earth as a trans woman, presenting her sayings, miracles and testimony from a fresh perspective. 

We have opened up a limited number of free spaces for staff and students for the Friday 18th January performance.

DOORS OPEN AT 6.30pm

The performance will begin promptly at 7pm and last approximately 65 minutes with no intermission. This will be followed by a short break and a Q&A session with Jo.

Tickets are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
