With the introduction of NRM1, Cost Estimating and Cost Planning require a more formal approach to enable the client to appreciate the overall budget for their development.

The presentation will review the requirements of NRM1 for Cost Estimating and ECP for budget reporting to the client.

A worked example of a spreadsheet to automate the 3 required cost plans (Now/Tender/Construction) required at each of the 3 Formal Cost Plan reporting stages will be included.
