What you need to know

RIDE FULL

DUE TO The OUTBREAK OF EQUINE FLU, HORSES WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE VACCINATED.

This is a pleasure ride of 22km - it is an unvetted ride, the first horse will start at 9am, the last horse will leave by 12am - after this time no horses can leave the venue.

Numbers are limited to 60 riders. By entering the ride you are accepting all of the terms and conditions

This event is a qualifier for the South East Group's Weald Trophy. All entries are automatically eligible for the Weald Trophy and there is no additional charge. More details can be found  here

Once all the spaces are filled, we will take 20 riders on a waiting list, in case of any withdrawals. 

The ride will follow bridleways across the South Downs, this is a busy area of the world - so you are likely to meet other members of the public (walkers, cyclists, horse riders).

Access to the farm is from the A27 side, not from the north.

NO DOGS as the venue is a working sheep farm - thank you.

Once all the spaces are filled, we will take a finite number of riders onto a waiting list, in case of any withdrawals. 

Sorry crewing in larger vehicles is not allowed

A copy of your horses' flu vaccinations, including the front identification sheet, must be sent to ride secretary, Sue Horne (sue.horne55@icloud.com) by 22nd April 2019. 

Ride at 2018 prices. Entries received by 12th April  will be entitled to a £3.00 discount, please use the code "EARLYBIRD" in the discount box to apply the code. One per rider.
