'No show' fee.

We reserve the right to charge a 'no show' fee of up to £50.00 if you or your nominated delegates don't attend an event you booked a place on.

Substitute delegates

You can send substitute delegates. But please tell us:

Their full name which organisation they work for their email address, and their phone number

You can email these details to wypf.pfr@wypf.org.uk , or contact your Pension Fund Representative.

Please try to give us at least 24 hours notice.

Cancelling your booking

If you need to cancel your booking, please:

E-mail wypf.pfr@wypf.org.uk or contact your Pension Fund Representative.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee (see below)

Cancellation fees

0 to 14 days before an event – £50 cancellation fee

15 to 28 days before an event – £25 cancellation fee

We'll never charge you a fee if you cancel more than 28 days before an event.
