This half-day workshop will ensure through exercises and discussion that you fully understand your responsibilities as an employer and help you avoid the pitfalls.

We will concentrate on your discretions in both the LGPS2014 and LGPS2008 but anyone with an involvement in contribution band reallocation and the Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure will also benefit from this workshop.
