The festival has just a few rules: 

• Tickets are non-refundable
• Tickets are non-transferable
• Under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• No dogs permitted on site except guide dogs
• Only food and drink purchased on site may be consumed on site
• Exeter Beats tickets allow access to the features in Northernhay Gardens from 4-6pm on the same day (excluding Friday when Northernhay Gardens is not open)
• Anyone lucky enough to look under 21 will be asked for ID to buyer alcohol from the festival bars
