The Rainhill Teams event is for mixed teams of two male and two female athletes. This is an over 18 only event, but there are no other restrictions on the age of athletes. All teams will compete on both days of the event, with a cut for the semi-final after the second workout on day two, and a second cut for the final.


The competition is for athletes who would complete a benchmark or whiteboard workout without scaling and would normally compete in the Kennedy or Rocket categories at a Rainhill Individual competition. Athletes should be able to move moderate to heavy loads during workouts, and complete most gymnastic movements.

The winning team will take away a full Eleiko UK competition set, along with a set of Escape Audio ear buds and a PulseRoll vibrating roller each, with our second place team winning a Compete Force 4-man worm along with many other great prizes from our sponsors
