Same Sex Functional Fitness Competition based in Kendal, Lake District.

It's Fell's FIRST birthday, so we're celebrating with a proper throwdown.

We'll be revealing nothing until the day, but expect a party; birthday-themed workouts, fancy dress and glitter are absolutely encouraged, epic tunes, goody bags, cake, and an awesome atmosphere. 

This isn't your standard comp. Workouts will be inclusive; you'll need to work together and apply your fitness. Your ego won't help you here, no seriousness allowed. This is FUN. Ideal for a first comp, or pairs looking for a good time with their clothes on (or not, we don't mind). 

14th September: Scaled Men and Women 

15th September: Rx Men and Women 

There are NO QUALIFIERS. We emphasise teamwork, synchronisation, applying your fitness, and grunt work. There will be no gymnastics or heavy barbells until the final. We've designed the workouts to be inclusive, fun, and a challenge of all-round ability.
