Summer '19 sees the return of our Same Sex Pairs Throwdown, giving you the chance to team up with a training buddy to showcase your combined fitness! The Throwdown is inclusive with all workouts scaled appropriately, presenting a challenge for athletes of all abilities.
What are you waiting for... grab a buddy and book your place as it's going to be a sell out!
Dates for the calendar:-
- Saturday 17th August - Female RX and Scaled Pairs
- Sunday 18th August - Male RX and Scaled Pairs
Scaled movement standard requirements (Female/Male):- 25/40kg Clean, 3/6kg Med Balls and 10/15kg Dumbbells
RX movement standard requirements (Female/Male):- 40/60kg Clean, Pull-ups and 15/22.5kg Dumbbells
* Workouts will be released prior to the Throwdown to ensure you are comfortable with the movements and weights *
