- Our aim is to host a competition available to all. There will be no complex gymnastics or Heavy Barbell Movements. Rest assured All workouts will challenge athletes of all abilities!
- 30 Teams (15 Female & 15 Male)
- All Teams will compete in 4 Workouts, with the top 4 Male & Top 4 Female Teams progressing to the 5th and final workout.
Movement Standards
All Athletes Should be capable of the following:
- Deadlift - 25/30
- Hang Power Clean - 25/30
- Front Squat - 25/35
- STOH - 25/30
- Wall Ball - 6/9
- Russian KB Swing - 16/24
- Plate GTOH - 15/20
- Burpee Variations
- Box Overs - 20/24” (step or Jump)
- Row
- Assault Bike
- Ski
Athletes progressing to the final can expect slightly heavier DB movements @15/22.5kg

Information
We are located on Tokenspire Business Park in Beverley. As you enter the main gates of the site take the first left and park on the overflow car park situated immediately ahead. From here you will need to walk to the gym on the designated public footpath marked in yellow.
