Cancellation 10 or more working days prior to the event                    No charge

Cancellation less than 10 working days prior to the event                  Full charge will apply

Non attendance at the event (except in exceptional circumstances)     Full charge will apply

If an event is cancelled by Keystone you will be informed via email and no charge will apply

Privacy Policy

The ‘General Data Protection Regulation’ (GDPR) strengthens how we use personal data (including your data) and keep it safe, and will also strengthen individual’s rights over their own data.

We have updated our Privacy Notice for Keystone Teaching School – this can be found at www.keystoneteaching.org.uk

Keystone uses a Third Party Data Processor for our booking system BookitBee and the information we gather from the system is related to each event you have booked on, including name, role, the organisation which employs you and your email address. We retain this information in electronic form for the duration of our reporting and auditing period for the teaching school. If you pay for any event by debit or credit card, these details are processed by Bookitbee, not Keystone, and we do not gather the financial details.
