The battleground is set at BODYONE CrossFit for their first same sex pairs event. Set in Great Harwood near Blackburn Lancashire BODYONE is inviting other CrossFit Boxes to take part and celebrate this special occasion with us. Saturday 12th October will see the Scaled category commence battle, while Sunday 13th October will see an all out war of the RX category. The day will consist of four workouts and a fifth workout for the finalists.
