This programme consists of 4 sessions over 2 days, and will build core school improvement skills and behaviours that are fundamental to Middle leadership.

Day 2: Tuesday 17th December 2019

9am to 4pm
Location: Kyra training centre, Cherry Willingham, Lincoln

Cost: £400 or (12 Credits for Kyra Partner Schools)

 

Subject Modules: Delegates can attend additional focused leadership half day sessions, these will be led by subject specialists, they will be subject specific and also linked to the behaviours and skills explored in the main programme.

Writing: Thursday 6th February 2020 AM
Science: Thursday 27th February 2020 AM
Disadvantaged Pupils: Tuesday 17th March 2020 AM
Early Years: Monday 30th March 2020 PM

These sessions can only be accessed in conjuncture with the Middle Leadership Programme.
