Traditional musician and Gaelic learner, Wendy Stewart, will lead you though some easy Scottish Gaelic songs, with phonetics and translations.

Come along for a relaxed hour to learn some lovely pieces and learn more about the Gaelic music revival in Dumfries and Galloway, including the Fèis Rois's very own Festival of Gaelic music and culture, Fèis an Iar Dheas - Festival of the West and South - which takes place in October.

The Vault Arts Centre is located on Victoria Street in the former Royal Bank of Scotland building in the centre of Newton Stewart, between Avocet and Boots Chemists.

Parking is available at the Riverside Car Park on Riverside Road, just a short walk away.  We would encourage all attendees to park in the car park as opposed to Victoria Street to ensure that congestion is kept to a minimum.
