By indicating your acceptance, you understand, agree, warrant and covenant as follows:

I know and understand that volunteering in the Chiddingstone Real Football match is potentially hazardous activity which could cause injury or death. I will not enter and participate unless I am medically able, and am in good health. 

I agree to abide by any decision of Chiddingstone Real Football staff members relative to any aspect of my participation in this event, including the right of any Chiddingstone Real Football staff member to deny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever. 

I attest that I have read the rules of the race and agree to abide by them. I assume all responsibility for any and all damages to, or theft of my personal property, or any bodily injury that may occur to me arising or resulting from the incident to my participation in the Chiddingstone Real football match. I understand that motor vehicles, bicycles, skateboards, roller-skates, rollerskates, scooters, or anything of similarity to those listed are not allowed.

I agree is to release and forever hold, Chiddingstone Real Football, all sponsors, vendors, sponsoring agencies, advertisers and volunteers harmless of myself, my heirs, executers and administrators, from all claims, damages, rights of action, present or future, whether the same be known, anticipated or unanticipated, arising or resulting from, or incident to, my participation in the Chiddingstone Real Football match.

I grant permission to all the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.

By indicating my acceptance of this agreement and waiver, I am affirming that I have read and understood this agreement and waiver and fully understand its terms. I understand that I'm giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue. I acknowledge that I am abiding to the agreement and waiver freely and voluntarily, and intend my acceptance for there to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
