BOOKING CONDITIONS

Your place will be confirmed upon making this booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be received via email to accounts@harperperformance.co.uk and must contain the full booking details including guest name(s) and contact details. Your cancellation will be confirmed by email.

The following charges will apply if you wish to cancel a booking for an event:

• For the period of 1 month prior to the event start date, no refund/credit will be given on cancellations, any outstanding fees must be paid regardless of attendance.

Event dates, sessions, venues and postponement

Harper Performance CIC reserves the right to alter event dates, venues and location where necessary without liability. 

In the event of cancellation a full refund will be offered.

We cannot offer refunds for cancellations due to circumstances outside our control; including adverse weather conditions, transportation issues, major incidents or industrial action. We will not be liable for any other costs incurred including (for example) travel charges or any consequential damages.

Other terms

Harper Performance CIC does not accept responsibility for guests personal belongings or valuables. These remain the responsibility of the individual attending.
