Join us for a day of baking fun. We cover everything from how we make our sourdough loaves, how you can make the same at home with smaller equipment, to sourdough care and upkeep. No stone is left unturned!
Each class consists of no more than six people, ensuring that you get the attention you need, and is a great social way to meet others with a love for bread just as strong as you and I.
The all day course features long fermentation dough as well as dough that you start from scratch, giving you the opportunity to practice and learn all of the steps involved. A sourdough making kit is also provided for each individual so you can continue to bake the same at home.

Baker's Dozen is located on P E Mead and Sons Farm Shop site in Wilstone, neighbouring the reservoir and only a few minutes drive outside of Tring.
There is plenty of parking on site, though you may like to arrange for a taxi as alcoholic drinks will be served.
