"Kents Biggest Chef" Rob Dant and his partner in wine, Natalia Gonzalez are hosting an evening of celebrating Kentish game season with a five course feast of wild, locally sourced produce showcasing the quality of British Game paired with a flight of 5 wines.

Rob has been cooking professionally for over 20 years having worked in Michelin starred kitchens and trained with some of the industries leading chefs. Combined with continued travel and culinary adventures across the globe he feeds his desire to learn about new ingredients and techniques.
Natalia grew up in the hospitality industry; the daughter of a chef and restaurateur. She holds a WSET diploma in wine and spirits has been collaborating with Chef Rob on a series of pop up events, creating drinks pairings and generally sharing her love of the fermented, fortified and distilled.
Over the last ten years they have travelled together extensively and are excited to share their enthusiasm for great food and wine and their respect for natural ingredients.
* Please note it is £45 to book just the food menu and £60 for the food with the wine pairing.If you book only for the food menu you may add the pairing on the night for £20 or purchase wines by the bottle or glass from a selection available.
We do not allow customers to bring their own alcoholic beverages to the night.
