Join Chef Rob Dant and his partner in wine, Natalia Gonzalez for a five-course menu with matching wines to showcase Spanish cuisine.
We have been so humbled by the huge interest and support for our Great Game dinner that we would love to host one more event before the year is through.
This menu is close to our hearts. A lot of love, inspiration and late-night wine tasting went into the creation of our Spanish Food and Wine menu and we are very excited to share this with our guests.
We are ready to kick of the festive season in style.

Note: Due to the small scale of this event we ask that any dietary requirements are agreed by email beforehand.
Rob has been cooking professionally for over 20 years. He has worked in Michelin starred kitchens, trained with some of the industry’s leading chefs and his continued travel and culinary adventures feed his desire to learn about new ingredients and techniques. Rob goes to great length to source the most sustainable, local produce and will seek out the best of each season, always look for ways to preserve them to use throughout the year.
Natalia grew up in the hospitality industry; the daughter of a chef and restaurateur, she holds a WSET diploma in wine and spirits has been collaborating with Chef Rob on a series of pop up events, creating drinks pairings and generally sharing her love of the fermented, fortified and distilled.
