Temple Street Canteen
After two and a half years at the helm, Stefan will be moving on to new adventures and handing Temple Street Canteen over to the fantastic Cat. Stefan will be going out with a bang with this night of celebration, food, music & friends.
Live music will be provided by headline act Gavin Osborn & the comment section. Gavin has fire in his belly, stories to tell and a new found sense of hope in his heart. Known for his storytelling shows with comedian Daniel Kitson Gavin is a regular on the festival scene and familiar to listeners of BBC Radio 4. Featuring life-affirming, funny, personal and political songs, including some from his brand new record, 'Echo Bridge' - set in Keynsham - which the Observer called “One of 2017’s most relatable releases”.
Gavin will be supported by local musician Richard Jackson playing an eclectic blend of classical piano pieces and reworkings of pop tunes
We will be serving food all night, so you don't need to turn up at the start to eat. We're expecting a sell out crowd with standing room only downstairs. Food will be served in disposables, but we will make sure some tables available upstairs for sit down dining.
We will be serving a delicious vegan curry & hearty beef chilli on the night. Food choices must be ordered in advance.
Entry £15 including food. We expect this show to sell out so please buy tickets asap!
