This event will provide information for those new to the Glasgow Science Festival as well as for those seasoned participants who want to look for new opportunities to engage with specific communities.
The Glasgow Science Festival Team will share details of their award winning Festival, highlighting the 2020 theme "Glasgow's Making Waves" and what key elements make a great festival engagement. Community and Schools engagements are a big part of a programme packed with workshops, shows, discussions and exhibitions offering plenty of opportunities to engage audiences with your research.
The MVLS Engagement Team will also be on hand to explain the support and resources available to those participating.
All welcome - with plenty of opportunities to ask questions, chat to experienced festival participants, find collaborators and seek advice about individual projects at our post-event surgery.
Who is this event for?
Researchers, staff and post graduate students currently involved in public engagement or those who wish to learn more.
If you have any questions please contact MVLS Engagement Team.
We look forward to welcoming you.
