The 14:30 session is now fully booked.

Project Hermes aims to deliver an online platform for all Returns, Registrations and some other administrative functions for Lodge Secretaries and Chapter ScribesE.

Project Hermes will be a system that both you and your members will want to use. It will be a modern and simple web-based system, transforming the way in which forms are completed – moving away from an endless form-filling paper-based process to drastically reduce turnaround times, utilising the ability to pre-populate data and reduce manual input.

There will be two briefings on 11th March, one commencing at 09.30am and the other identical briefing at 2.30pm. Attendance (for now) is restricted to Lodge Secretaries or Chapter ScribesE, who may attend one or the other (not both).  Space is limited and places will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.  Future dates will be promulgate when known.

The briefing is intended to last for around 45 mins followed by a Q&A.  The morning session will conclude by 11.00am latest for those that wish to attend Quarterly Communications and the afternoon session by 16.00 for those who wish to go on to a Lodge or Chapter meeting.
