What The Workshop Is About
A Beginners Workshop helping athletes understand and execute the techniques of the Clean & Jerk and Olympic Snatch.
How It Will Be Delivered
Both modules will be broken into progressions and stages finishing with mini workouts. A platform to Learn and help breakdown the lifts giving you what is required progress safely and confidently.
Delivered by experienced coach with multiple years of CrossFit experience
What Is Covered
LIFTING WORKSHOP 9th February 2020 9am - 9:15-10am nutrition
10am - 11am Clean & Jerk intro & breakdown
11:20-12:30 C&J lifting and mini workout.
1:15 - 2:15 snatch intro tekkers
Break 2:15 - 2:30
2:30 overhead squat
3:00-4:00 snatch work and mini wod
