Big Night is a film about two Italian brothers who are struggling to run
a successful restaurant. At the center of the film is the Big Night, in
which the brothers cook their hearts out so their restaurant will
survive. Famously, they serve TIMPANO as the crowning glory of the meal.
Join
me to experience the famous timpano - pasta, meatballs, cheeses, meats,
and more baked in a pasta dough shell. When it emerges from the oven,
it looks and sounds like a drum (timpano) and it tastes delicious!
For this event, we will also have an appetizer, a salad to go with the timpano, and a fun, Italian dessert.
I will give suggestions for wine. Please bring your own bottle.
You will enjoy this dinner even more if you watch the movie beforehand. You can get it on Amazon Prime!
On
Friday, February 21, 2 people are welcome to join me in preparing the
timpano (and some of the other foods) ahead. If you assist a total of
three times, you get your next meetup free!
Get in touch with any questions.
Ciao,
Alicia
