Description: Wednesday morning Vinyasa yoga in the Universities Well-being Space from 9am.-10 am. he style is energetic, synchronising breath with movements.The class will be led by fellow PhDr and experienced UofGlasgow based yoga teacher Erika Anderson. You can expect a friendly welcome, a little sweat, plenty of stretch and a lot of warm energy. Perfect for PhD students wanting to unwind and start their week off just right. Yoga with the PhD society is for everybody so everybody is welcome. Beginners are Welcome – Full instruction is given to new students so that they can quickly settle into the flow of these classes.
Donations of £2 are welcome. £1 will cover Erika's expenses and £1 will go towards the PhD society funds (room bookings, catering for events). At present all PhD events are funded out of PhD pockets.
