Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

There is no minimum age. You will be required to show your photo ID before sitting the exams.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is no onsite parking. It's best to travel to the venue using public transport. The nearest station is Barbican Underground station which is a 2-minute walk.

What's the refund policy?

All bookings may be cancelled by giving written notice. The following fees are charged when written notice of cancellation is received:

-       at least four weeks prior to the start-date of the specified course/exam (£75 + VAT);

-       between 4 and 2 weeks prior to the start of the course/exam (50% of the course/exam fee);

-       less than two weeks before the start of the course/exam (100% of the course/exam fee).

Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

No. Your registration is not transferable.
