Aimed specifically at your school’s senior leaders, with responsibility for staff-wellbeing, this session will be facilitated by Mobilise with agency-support. Adapting the PLC-model, discussion will focus on some pre-reading, which will be forwarded before the session, on the subject of staff-wellbeing as you begin to welcome back more staff and pupils or continue to stay connected to those yet to return. This session is open to senior leaders from all Lincolnshire schools, NOT only those registered for current Mobilise projects.
