In this tasting we will explore two examples of British wines.

We will look the exciting future of British Sparkling wine, how it is made and what to look for. We will also look at some of the fresh and exciting English still wines.

You can choose any sparkling wine of England or Wales or Cornwall! of your choice. If you can, please choose the sparkling wine that has been made in the Traditional Method, this should be written on the label.

Please also buy any still wine of England of your choice.

FYI I will be tasting Glyndwr a rose sparkling from Wales and Waitrose Blue Print English Dry White wine.
