The Tiny Table @ Mereworth Wines vineyard Sat 29th Aug

Following on from its recent success, The Tiny Table from BBC MasterChef Winner Julie Friend, is rolling up its tablecloth and relocating approximately 100 metres up Canon Lane, Wateringbury to a few more tiny tables in the pristine vineyards of Mereworth Wines for one special event. 

On Saturday, August 29th (Bank Holiday Weekend), the two companies will combine forces to bring you a unique dining experience among the vines. Just 30 people will be able to enjoy a welcome drink plus three courses and treats from 12 noon until 4pm. Drinks will be available to buy from the Brewers hall selection including our award winning Marourde Spritz and our acclaimed Mereworth Wines English Sparkling Wine. 

With an emphasis on local and seasonal produce, ingredients will be sourced within a few miles of the location and much will be homegrown. 

£45 per person.

Due to the nature of this event this will be a fixed menu but we are offering a vegetarian option (please make a note when booking). Tables will be laid out in accordance with social distancing rules.

- Arrival drink

- Selection of canapés

- Garden of England vegetable platter with 7 Mile gin cured salmon (or homemade labneh v ) quick pickles, Kent cobnut Dukkah (contains nuts) and bread selection

- Masala lamb, jewelled rice, charred courgettes and greens (baked halloumi and aubergine vegetarian option), yoghurt harissa dressing

- Basque cheesecake
