Against all the odd and after a lot of adjustments to our plan we have been given the go ahead to have a much trimmed down version of the Little People Party on the 19th Sept.

In outline, the party will be on just Saturday night and Sunday instead of over the whole weekend.

Guests are welcome to arrive on site from 1200hrs on Saturday to set up camp etc.

Music will start from 1300hrs with some daytime riverside tunes from some of your usual favourite DJs.

To get the party started properly there will be a double happy hour from 1700hrs till 1900hrs when we will be serving complimentary cocktails while we get the BBQ going.

From 1900hrs through till 2100hrs we will be serving a free sit down BBQ for all guests, accompanied by some great live music.

Once we have all been well fed we will get down to business with DJ set from your favourite Little People DJs though until the small hours.

We will have a bit of quiet Sunday morning but will be serving breakfast followed by a bit of daytime action once the traffic returns to the roads and people are up again.

In order to be allowed to hold this event we will be putting in place a few measures to help keep people safe and we do ask for all your cooperation over the course of the weekend.

We have had to reduced our numbers to a very lucky 170 guest plus staff.

We will be providing enough seating for all guests and ask that you form tables of 4 or 6 for the BBQ and try and keep those places as your personal safe spaces during the course of the party.

We will not be providing a bar to avoid a potential bottle neck.

Although we will be giving out a few complimentary cocktails at the start of the party and at various point during the evening we recommend guests bring some of their favourite tipple to see them through. Each table will have an ice bucket and free bottled water which will be replenish regularly.  

All guests will have temperatures taken on arrival in the holding parking area before they are allowed out of their vehicles, anybody showing signs of raised temperature will I’m afraid be refunded and ask to return home.

All guests will be given their own personal bottle of Hand sanitiser on arrival and further bottles  will also be placed on every table and at strategic points around the event space and we ask guests to try and practice hand good hand hygiene whist on site.

We also ask that everyone practice a degree of social distancing while on site and in particular try and “Stay spaced out on the dance floor”. The reduced numbers and size of the field should make this reasonably easy.

Whilst we want everyone to have as much fun as possible we would like to keep everyone as safe as possible.

Everyone is of course welcome to camp but we also ask that you try and stay within your family groups and spread out. There is plenty of space in the field for everyone.
