This Leadership Development Programme for senior leaders, consists of 7 bitesize online sessions beginning in September and concludes with a Face to Face day in April. Lead by Maggie Farrar it will explore ways in which you can attend to your own well-being, create a sense of inner safety and balance, and draw on your inner resources of wholeheartedness compassion and resilience to lead during times of change and uncertainty.  

Above all it will cultivate your practice of ‘leadership presence’ enabling you to stay grounded, cultivating your ability to skilfully respond and serve even at times of overwhelm and anxiety. The programme will be based on the very real experience of leading our schools during this next year.

We will begin the programme with a launch session on Friday 2nd October 2020. This will last for 2 hours, with a short break in between.

After this we will hold  6 x  1 hour sessions via Zoom over the course of six months (please see dates below), all led by Maggie Farrar. In between these sessions you will be invited to practice bringing a more mindful approach to your leadership and to share your experience with a small co coaching group on a fortnightly basis. Finally we will come together for a face to face day. Maggie will facilitate this day allowing you  to pull everything together, allowing you to go back into your settings with a renewed resilience  and ability to lead in these uncertain times.
