What you need to know

“People at the Centre” is a programme run by the Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland, funded by Scottish Government, that is looking to capture people’s health and wellbeing experience of COVID-19, and how people want to access health and care support and services as we respond to, and look beyond COVID-19, in order to inform the remobilisation of healthcare services.

The programme is also capturing the views and perspectives of people who have accessed social care support to inform the Review of Adult Social Care.

As a part of this the ALLIANCE have begun a conversation with the people of Scotland, developed in partnership with Healthcare Improvement Scotland – Community Engagement.  The Cabinet Secretary, has therefore as us to host various events and is looking for you to join the conversation to capture your views, opinions and experience of health and social care.

This will form part of a report which will be fed back to the Cabinet Secretary and Scottish Government to ensure a better understanding of how services can meet public health needs in a sustainable way.
