The booking fee on the tickets goes 100% to Bookitbee ticket agent. Should we need to refund tickets this process will be very simple back onto the card you paid on, minus their fees.

The bookitbee refund protection insurance is optional via them and not Stanford farm.. Regardless of weather you purchase this or not as we are currently living in uncertain times and to put you mind at rest when purchasing tickets we can refund tickets (minus ticket fees) for the following reasons:

COVID

• Government full lockdown extended not allowing our events to take place
• We are currently working to the rule of 6 - should this change you can get a refund or change your party numbers to apply with the rules and accept a partial refund. 
• Shropshire is currently in Tier 1. Current Tier guidelines allow our events to take place in all three tiers. If your area moves into Tier three, you can only have a table of 6 for your household or support bubble. We could offer a full refund if your group does not fall within these guidelines. NB We will use booking address to confirm this. 
• Should a member of your group get Covid or be self isolating, we can offer a partial refund for that member/members. 

WEATHER

• These are outside events, in which you are advised to dress appropriately for a December evening. We will not cancel the event or refund for bad weather unless snow prevents road travel. 

As with all event tickets apart from the exceptional circumstances above no other refunds are permitted 

We reserve the right to change any acts before or on the date of the event due to illness or they cannot perform at the event

Should you buy tickets and need to move to a different date, we will try our best to accommodate this if there is availability 

PRIVACY

In order to provide a safe and complete experience at Stanford Farm may need to provide your information to NHS Track & Trace, should we be notified of a Covid positive test at one of our events. We will not share your data with any other third parties.
