Nursing Study Skills Event - Preparing for Life as a 1st year Nursing Student at UHI
Study Skills events are an important part of your Prep for HE
- preparing for life as a university student. The aim of this event is to allow SWAP students to get a better idea of
what degree level study is like and a realistic understanding of the skills and
attributes you will need in order to gain entry and succeed at university. They are designed to be informative and enjoyable. This year
the event is virtual, but you will, as always, hear from university staff and
students about making the transition from college to university and you will
learn about some of the academic skills you will need to be successful as a
nursing student at university. You will also have a chance to ask any questions
you have about your studies and your plans for the future.
