So something a little different to encourage you to get out over the next couple of months - We are launching a new virtual event called 28 Days later...
You have between now and the end of February to get out of the house and get yourself fitter. Be it a dog walk, a run, a bike ride, a spin class, a swim (are we even allowed to swim??) basically anything that gets you moving will count!! You can count your activities, we trust you to play by the rules.
