Join us for two hours focused on developing Olympic weightlifting skills with coach Becky followed by a workout led by coach Gina.
This session is suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced lifters.
Don't worry if you don't have a barbell and weights, we will get you working hard with a broomstick!
As for the workout, we will have no kit version as well as minimum or full equipment variations.
All you will need is a little bit of space (preferably inside due to the length of the duration of the session) and internet connection. Be ready for two hours of learning, working out and laughing.
