Opening Times for 2015

The Season:

The castle will open to visitors on Sundays to Wednesdays (and Bank Holidays) from 1st April to 28th October. Our Tea Room and Gift Shop are also open on these days – these are open to visitors without an admission ticket to the castle.

The Days:

During the season we are open on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Bank Holidays

The Times:

During the open season we welcome visitors from 11am until 5pm (last entry 4.15pm). 
Pre-booked group bookings and school visits are available on most weekdays throughout the year.
Please note that there is no public right of way through the castle's grounds and the Charitable Trust reserves the right to deny access through any of the castle's gates at any time.
Dogs are welcome in our grounds but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please clear up after your dog.
