The caterer has asked that each household choose the same set meal option so he can pack dishes in twos, unless you are vegetarian or have a specific dietary requirement* or are a single ticket holder.

Menu : Choose 3 courses = one starter, one curry, dessert

Starter:

• Korean fried popcorn Chicken with a Korean sticky bbq sauce, Asian style slaw, sriracha Mayo, toasted sesame seeds & spring onions (eggs, sesame, soy)

• (V) Korean fried popcorn cauliflower with a Korean sticky bbq sauce, Asian style slaw, sriracha Mayo, toasted sesame seeds & spring onions (eggs, sesame, soy)

• Thai cured salmon, Asian style slaw, wasabi Mayo with shrimp crackers (fish, eggs, soy)

Curry:

• Slow cooked pork & sweet potato Cambodian style coconut curry with steamed jasmine rice (fish)

• (V) Roasted Aubergine & sweet potato Cambodian style coconut curry with steamed jasmine rice

• Thai style jungle pork curry, charred cherry tomatoes & bamboo shoots with steamed jasmine rice (fish)

Dessert:

• WSK Double chocolate salted caramel brownie (dairy, eggs)
