On Saturday July 24th, The Barn will be hosting it's first ever concert! We have talked for a long time about listening to live music in The Barn and now the time has finally come for that vision to be realised. 

Our artist for the evening will be the supremely talented Dulcie May. Dulcie has the most stunning voice and is currently working on her second album. She is an extremely talented songwriter and we hope that she will be performing some of her own tracks on the night! Dulcie will be joined by four backing musicians and we can't wait to see them all in action. You can expect to listen to a real variety of Jazz music. When curating the song list for the event The Barn and Dulcie wanted to showcase the breadth of the Jazz genre but we also hope to introduce some Blues into the equation so keep your ears pricked!  

The plan is to have a 2 act performance with an interval in-between when our brilliant chef, Lotte, will serve up a 2 course menu to line the stomachs before the 2nd act. There will be a bar in the background serving garden cocktails, local spirits and beers and other liquid delights.
