What you need to know

Highly Effective Teams explores the principles and processes of high functioning teams at any level in an organisation. The programme will enable self and critical reflection and provide frameworks and resources which can be used to improve elements of team effectiveness and success.

Areas of focus will include trust, commitment, conflict, and accountability. Sessions will draw upon work by Patrick Lencioni, Simon Sinek, Matthew Syed, Michael Barber, and Stephen Covey, among others.

The programme is ideal for a team or department to engage with altogether, or if cover is a challenge one team member can attend and then lead the team through the sessions with the resources that will be made available on the programme padlet.

The intended outcome of participation is to understand characteristics of highly effective teams who accomplish ambitious goals, and to be able to choose from a toolkit of strategies and approaches to develop these characteristics in a new or established team.  The programme is suitable for participants from all levels of leadership.
