To maintain our competition records to ensure all competitors are assigned to the correct category at time of competition.

To deal with requests you send us.

To respond to your queries.

To deal with any complaints or legal claims.

Who do we share your data with?

We will never share or sell your information to anybody for unsolicited marketing.​

How long do we keep your personal data for?

We keep your personal data for as long as we need to for the purposes for which it was collected or (if longer) for any period for which we are required to keep personal data to comply with our legal and regulatory requirements.

Correcting your information

We try to ensure all of your personal data is accurate. If you find any inaccuracies or if your details change, please notify us promptly and we will correct them.

Media

Photos/videos will be taken on the day. We may use these photos/videos from the competition on our social media pages (Facebook/Instagram) but only with your permission. There will be no reference to names and we will remove any photos/videos by request.

How can you raise a complaint?

Please get in touch with us directly so we can resolve any issues you have and we will aim to sort the matter quickly and satisfactorily.

Refunds

Please note we will NOT be able to refund your ticket price in the event of a no show or injury.

*IF the event cannot go ahead on the planned date due to Covid19 restrictions we will reschedule the day of the event. If this date is not suitable please contact us within 30 days of the reschedule announcement for refund minus booking fee.
