The following terms and conditions apply to your booking:

This Usage Agreement is made between (the Hirer) as detailed by booking your place, and Autism Early Support Trust Limited (AES) for the use of the Circle garden and other facilities as defined below

·        Sessions will run for 2 hours, at a total cost of £20 per family.

·        Circle Centre will appoint a AES Employee to work with the Hirer(s) to supervise the Session(s).

·        The maximum number of individuals at any Session is 16 (including adult(s), child, any siblings). This means that any booking can be no more than 4 in total (including children)

·        The Hirer must ensure that each adult Session Attendee, including the Hirer, signs a copy of these terms and conditions,agreeing to adhere to the rules of Circle Centre, in advance of admission to Circle Centre premises.   An adult Attendee must sign an Acknowledgment on behalf of each child attending a Session.

·        Payment for hire must be made on booking via the onlne Bookitbee system

·        In the event of any hirer wishing to not attend due to changes in weather, no refunds will be made.

·        Garden, tarmac area and downstairs toilet are the only facilities at Circle Centre available only.

·        Food and drink may be taken onto the premises, but alcohol or BBQs are not allowed.  The Hirer(s) are responsible for ensuring that the premises are left clean and tidy, with all rubbish removed (including the disposal of any nappies).  These must not be left at the nursery as we are closed with no cleaning facilities on site for the closed period.

·        Own Risk – The Hirer is aware that the use of the facilities is permitted, in all respects, at their own risk.

·        Session Attendees using the trampoline do so at their own risk and must abide by Circle Centre’s rules. Only one adult with one child are allowed on the trampoline at any one time.

·        It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure that adequate First Aid facilities are provided, such as the provision of a first aid kit, and the provision of first aid training for supervising personnel.  There is no legal requirement for AES to provide first aid facilities and AES’s first aid resources are not available. (Our First Aid kit is accessible in an emergency by our employee onsite.

·        AES cannot accept responsibility for damage to, or the loss or theft of, property and effects of the Hirer and/or any Attendees. The Hirer is responsible for making insurance arrangements, if required.

·        Cars shall not be parked so as to cause any obstruction at the entrance to, or exits from, Circle Centre. In particular, the Hirer must ensure that access to Circle Centre by emergency vehicles is not obstructed or delayed.  Session Attendees should avoid undue noise on arrival and departure.

·        AES takes safeguarding very seriously and adheres to a comprehensive Safeguarding Policy and Safeguarding Procedures. The Hirer and all Session Attendees must confirm in writing that they have read and will adhere to Circle Centre’s Safeguarding Policy. To read this policy please download it from here

·        AES reserves the right to cancel the use of the outdoor area at any time.
