Who is the event for?

SENCos, Deputy SENCos, Assistant SENCos and Behaviour leads: primary and secondary. 

What is the focus?

This event will focus on this highlighted need to reduce fixed-term exclusions of vulnerable students across all core academies in the Trust.  In addition to the restorative and relational practice models that are being implemented, colleagues will leave this event with a range of interventions and options to demonstrate and evidence that a graduated approach is being adopted in the academy to ensure that the behaviour response is reasonably adjusted for those students who have special educational needs or mental health needs.
