Delivered by an accredited Safer Recruitment Trainer, this comprehensive course aimed at those with responsibility for safer recruitment:

• Develops an understanding of the necessity of safer recruitment, and how this helps deter or prevent the appointment of unsuitable people
• Identifies safer recruitment practices
• Explains safer recruitment procedures step by step
• Details the function of the Disclosure and Barring Service and the importance of other preemployment checks
• Promotes ‘best practice’

In accordance with TST Safer Recruitment Policy, all SLT members must be trained in Safer Recruitment and re-trained every 5 years.

This is a full day training event.

The reduced cost of this training is £95.00 per person - representing a saving of £44 per person.
