The Modern Studies Association (MSA) is 50 years old this year.

During this time, Modern Studies has grown from a minority subject to a cornerstone of the Scottish curriculum.

This is an evening to celebrate the success of our subject and the contribution of us, Modern Studies teachers, past and present, the length and breadth of the land.

There is no charge for this evening.

We are absolutely delighted that acclaimed author and broadcaster Stuart Cosgrove will join us. We will have a selection of Stuart’s books, which cover the seminal political events in the USA in the last 50 years, on display. Even this early, autographed copies make great Christmas presents!

Partners are welcome. Please 'buy' two tickets if you are bringing a partner.

There will be a buffet meal and a selection of Modern Studies memorabilia to review.

Rooms are £80 double for two people, £80 twin, £70 single occupancy (could be a double or a single room, first come first served!).

7pm for 7.30pm but the bar will be open from 6pm. Aberdour is a lovely wee place! Come out early and go for a walk to the beach or on the Fife Coastal Path. You'll love it!
