Stay and Play

We are excited to be running two Friday ‘Stay and Play’ sessions in our Early Years Department this Summer. 

Stay and Play gives parents of pre-school aged daughters the opportunity to experience Walthamstow Hall’s Early Years offering by spending an hour in the department with their pre-school children. There will be two Stay & Play sessions this Summer term.

The first session, 'Ready, Steady, Grow' will take place inside our Early Years department from 10:00 - 11:00am on Friday 13 May, children will take part in art, craft and play-based activities linked to our Summer learning theme of 'Sunshine and Sunflowers', including planting their very own sunflower seed. Children should be dressed appropriately for messy play!

The second Stay and Play session will take place at our on site Forest School from 10:00 - 11:00am on Friday 17 June, children will take part in outdoor activities led by our specialist Forest School teachers. Children must be aged 2 and above to attend this Forest School session and should come dressed appropriately for messy outdoor play.

Parents can choose to attend one or both of the sessions when making their booking.

Sessions are free and open to pre-school children up to the age of 4, younger siblings are very welcome too!
